Refund Policy of MTC Intellectual Limited

1. General

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to the following purchases: Online purchases of MTC Intellectual Limited’s (“we”, “us” or “our”) online courses and mentorships (“Services”).

We offer remedies in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of Hong Kong, to the extent that they apply.

The applicable consumer protection laws of Hong Kong provide a set of consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy goods and services.

Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

2. Hong Kong Consumer Protection Laws

We offer remedies in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws of Hong Kong, to the extent that they apply.

These laws provide a set of consumer guarantees which protect consumers when they buy goods and services.

If these laws apply, then we cannot avoid the consumer guarantees which they provide. If there is an inconsistency between this Policy and the applicable consumer protection laws of Hong Kong, the Hong Kong laws will prevail.

3. Cancellation and Change of Mind

We do not offer any refund if you change your mind, or find the same product or service cheaper elsewhere.

4. Cancellations (Subscriptions)

If you cancel your Subscription (as defined in our Website Terms and Conditions of Use), you may do so by providing us with at least 48 hours’ written notice prior to the conclusion of the existing Subscription Period (as defined in our Website Terms and Conditions of Use).

This can be done via our app by submitting a support ticket, or if you are unable to do so, by emailing us at [email protected]. You will be charged the Subscription Fee for the existing Subscription Period, but for no further Subscription Periods.

If you want to request a refund otherwise, you may contact us via our app by submitting a support ticket, or if you are unable to do so, by emailing us at [email protected], and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis, but we will be under no obligation to offer you a refund unless required by law.

All approved refunds will be processed through our third-party payment processor, Airwallex, back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for Airwallex to process the refund, and additional time for your financial institution to reflect the funds in your account.

5. Cancellations (Mentoring)

Although we don’t offer refunds if you change your mind, if you are not satisfied with the mentorship and want to request a partial refund, you can email us at [email protected].

We will consider requests for partial refunds at our discretion and any partial refund will be subject to review and approval by us.

If approved, partial refunds will also be processed via our payment processor, Airwallex, to the original payment method.

6. Payment Processor Terms

All payments and refunds are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Airwallex. By purchasing our Services, you also agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of Airwallex regarding payment processing and refunds.
